Terms of Service – Pet Care

By booking services with All The Paws, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

  • Services may include dog walking, pet sitting, boarding, or other care as listed on our website or agreed in writing.

  • Specific details (dates, times, rates) will be confirmed before each booking.

  • Each new client will be subject to an interview process to confirm that your pet is a good fit for our services.

2. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • Late payments may result in additional fees.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

3. Health & Behavior

  • Client confirms pets are current on vaccinations and in good health.

  • Client must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues (aggression, anxiety, biting, etc.).

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a pet poses a danger to itself, other animals, or people.

4. Emergencies

  • In the event of illness or injury, we will attempt to contact the Client immediately.

  • If unreachable, we are authorized to seek veterinary care at the Client’s expense.

  • Clients must provide a preferred veterinary contact and an emergency contact.

5. Liability

  • We are committed to providing safe, responsible care.

  • However, Client acknowledges that pets may act unpredictably and agrees that All The Paws is not responsible for:

    • Injury, illness, or death of the pet due to pre-existing conditions, natural causes, or the actions of other animals.

    • Damage caused by the pet to property or persons during or after services.

  • Client agrees to hold us harmless from claims or expenses arising from the pet’s behavior.

6. Access to Property

  • If home access is required, Client must provide safe, secure entry (keys, codes, etc.).

  • We will not share or misuse access information.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Bookings cancelled within 3 days are 50% refundable; cancelling within 24 hours results in no refund.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will follow the posted policy.

8. New Client Interview

All new clients are required to complete an initial interview and pet assessment before services begin. This process ensures that your pet is a good fit for our care environment and that we can meet their individual needs. This interview can be in-person, through video call, or through message/email. We reserve the right to decline services if a pet is deemed unsuitable for safety, behavioral, or health reasons.

9. Agreement

By booking services, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
